Trama in Italiano
Un samurai senza padrone viaggia per tutto il giappone medioevale, accompagnato da suo figlio ancora bambino.
Itto Ogami è un alto funzionario dello shogun, che cade vittima di un complotto tramato dal subdolo Retsudo Yagyu e viene condannato a morte.
Invece di piegarsi al suo triste destino, Itto sceglie di ribellarsi e diventa un assassino a pagamento.
Ad accompagnarlo nel suo cammino di sangue e morte verso la vendetta, suo figlio Daigoro ancora in fasce.
Itto e Daigoro si troveranno a fronteggiare i migliaia di nemici della famiglia Yagyu e i pericolosi ninja Kurokuwa al loro servizio.
Quale sarà il vero obiettivo di Itto? come sconfiggerà l'oscuro potere degli Yagyu?
